Shannon Avery Acevedo is a young and humble artist on the rise. She is an editor, designer, and illustrator with experience in fields ranging from complete sports graphics, highlight videos, wedding videos, media guides, illustrations, dynamic web design, and much more.

In 2007, the (1st Place) PRO Award for the Community College Public Relations Organization, and in 2006, Shannon won the Easton-Bell (Sports) Media Cover of the Year, the Gold Medal (Sports) National Council of Marketing and Publications, and the Silver Paragons Award (Sports) for the Mt. San Antonio College Softball ‘06 Media Guide, which she exclusively edited.

To hone her artistic skills, Shannon attended Cal State University Northridge on a full-ride Division I Athletic Scholarship. At CSUN, Shannon received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in the Field of Art and walked away with four years of visual and technical training in film and graphic design. Shannon was prepared with “real world” training in her college courses and had the unique experience of playing on the CSUN Softball Team, an experience that taught her the value of teamwork, respect, trust, and communication.For the past few years, Shannon has specialized in sports, weddings, and web design. This experience allows Shannon to integrate her love of art with her love of athletics. Serving as a video editor, graphic designer, and webmaster, Shannon has been able to create fresh, unique, and memorable projects for a variety of clients.

Located in Huntington Beach, California, Shannon enjoys running, surfing, and spending time with family and friends, aside from her artistic ventures.
